Perched on Ocean Park with sweeping views of Nantucket Sound, this historic grand Victorian, built in the mid-to-late 1800s, has been thoughtfully reimagined as a welcoming family retreat. Designed for gathering and making memories, the home offers inviting spaces to relax, entertain, and enjoy both indoors and out.

The complete interior design was curated by Vineyard Decorators, while the extensive renovation and painting were expertly completed by D. Best Construction & Painting. Photography by Bob Gothard.

The renovation included reconfiguring bathrooms, adding insulation, restoring the original wood floors, and refreshing the home with new interior paint throughout. Carefully selected furnishings, artwork, and custom window treatments bring warmth, color, and character to every room. The result is a bright, timeless coastal home that honors its historic charm while creating a comfortable and beautiful setting for generations of family gatherings to come.
