We replaced a 1950s Chilmark house with a home, garage/guest house and pool that fits architecturally and aesthetically with the beautiful setting. On a hilltop with 3.5 acres in the Clam Point Cove area of Quitsa Pond, the property has panoramic views to Menemsha Pond, Menemsha Harbor, Vineyard Sound and the Elizabeth Islands.
