D. Best Construction's administrative team is the glue that holds the whole enterprise together. They are the behind-the-scene crew who keep track of everything including employees, customers and vendors.  Their organizational skills keep the company moving forward with momentum.



Lisa has 10 years of experience working in the construction industry as an office manager and project coordinator on Martha's Vineyard.  She is extremely organized and handles all of the paperwork and computer documentation for the company.


Noel has lived on the Island her whole life. She has worked as a travel agent, caterer, administrative assistant and most recently, as the bar manager at the Portuguese-American Club. Noel brings computer, multi-tasking and bookkeeping knowledge to the D. Best team. Noel, in another previous life, developed a longstanding relationship with Doug by handling all of his busy travel needs.


Susan comes to D. Best Construction with a background in historic preservation, marketing and real estate.  She is also a member of the Edgartown Historic District Commission. When not doing the website for the company, she is handling marketing, advertising and promotion.


Caitlin supports office operations with special projects, personnel and employment development and is invaluable as a trained lawyer.
