In a continuing effort to give back to our community, D. Best Construction responded to a request from Island Housing Trust for help converting Vineyard Haven’s Hanover House Inn into affordable housing. Martha’s Vineyard Hospital will rent the 3 apartments and 12 bedrooms to income qualified health care employees with a common kitchen, dining room and laundry area.

Thanks to homeowner donations of granite countertops and base cabinets, D. Best created a spacious, modern kitchen for residents to share.
